Upon your arrival at the airport in Kenya, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our guide. The adventure begins as we drive you to the iconic Maasai Mara National Reserve. This scenic journey offers a glimpse of Kenya’s diverse landscapes. Upon reaching Maasai Mara, settle into your comfortable yet budget-friendly lodge. Take some time to relax, soak in the surroundings, and prepare for the exciting days ahead.
Wake up to the sounds of the wild and enjoy an early breakfast. Today, you’ll embark on a full day of game drives within Maasai Mara. Our knowledgeable guide will lead you through the reserve’s expansive savannahs, increasing your chances of encountering the “Big Five” and numerous other wildlife species. Lunch will be a picnic in the park, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in this unique natural environment. As the sun sets, return to your lodge for a well-deserved rest.
After breakfast, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with the local Maasai community. A visit to a Maasai village provides insight into their rich culture and way of life. Learn about their traditions, customs, and daily activities. Following the village visit, enjoy a leisurely lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon, set out for another captivating game drive, where you may witness predators on the hunt or witness the Great Migration (season-dependent).
Embrace the early morning hours with a sunrise game drive, a prime time for spotting wildlife in action. The soft morning light creates a magical atmosphere for photography. Keep your eyes peeled for any elusive creatures you may have missed earlier. After the game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast and check-out.
