Following an early sunrise and breakfast, you will continue hiking for 10km from the hut through a Semi-desert climate. This will take you from 3850m to 4000m and approximately 5-6 hours to reach the campsite where you will spend the night.

After breakfast at the camp, you will proceed to trek from 4000m to 4700m, covering a distance of 9km from your previous destination. This leg of the journey will take you 6-8 hours through the Alpine desert until you reach the Barafu campsite, where you will spend the night.

The descent will take approximately 3-4 hours, passing through the mountain forest habitat. At the gate, you will receive a trekking certificate from the authority, and you can have a brief celebration with your fellow climbers before departing. It is customary to tip your porters.
