Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our driver and transferred to Wilson Airport. From Wilson Airport take a scheduled flight to Kichwa Tembo Airstrip in Masai Mara. On arrival, you will be met by our driver guide from the camp. You will check in at the camp, and a hot lunch will be served. Relax, chill, and swim. Head out for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the camp.
You will be out of your tent by 6:00 am and enjoy the African sunrise and morning game drive. The morning game drive may reveal some big cats, elephants and other plains game. You will have a choice of going with a packed breakfast or going back to the camp for breakfast. Spend the mid-morning at leisure. Have lunch, chill, relax and swim. Head out for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the camp.
Have an early morning game drive followed by a bush breakfast or drive back to the camp for breakfast. Spend mid-morning at leisure. Have lunch as you enjoy some time at the pool overlooking the Mara plains. Head out for an afternoon game drive as you enjoy a sundowner. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the Tented camp.
On this day, you’ll have an option of heading out for a hot air balloon experience at an extra cost of 500 USD, or head out for a morning game drive with packed breakfast or go back to the camp for breakfast. Lunch will be served at the camp. Have an afternoon game drive followed by an African sundowner before heading back to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
After breakfast you will depart and drive to Cross the border between Kenya and Tanzania. You will have a full day Safari game in the Serengeti National Park. We are completely flexible with your preferences and this day will be organized according to your wishes. On every day of the safari, your guide will discuss with you the best timings for you, including the game drives and the wake-up time. For example, on this day, you could do a morning game drive, return to the camp for lunch and relaxation and finish with an afternoon game drive. Alternatively, you could do a full day game drive with picnic lunch. Later you will back to the Tented Lodge for Dinner and Overnight.
Today Depart after an early breakfast to Ngorongoro and descend to the crater immediately. This stunning place will offer you almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa. The Ngorongoro Crater was created when a large volcano collapsed over two million years ago. Today, the NCAA has UNESCO World Heritage Status due to the high concentration of wildlife and biodiversity in the region, including populations of endangered animals. The views from the crater rim are spectacular, while a descent to the crater floor will see you observing grazing gazelle, stomping zebra and bathing hippos in Lake Magadi. Predators include spotted hyenas, lions and both black and golden-backed jackals.
A descent into the crater is a humbling experience and a favourite for even seasoned safari enthusiasts. Later you will drive to Karatu the Near town for Dinner and Overnight.
Today will be our last safari adventure, after breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your Lodge and drive for 1 hours to Tarangire National Park. The park is well known for its large elephant herds and abundance of ancient baobab trees (the largest trees in the continent). From the open roof of the vehicle, we will experience the seasonal swamps, savanna and Tarangire River. The park is full of wildlife ranging from a large variety of birds to giraffes, impalas, zebras, lions, leopards, elands, warthogs and elephants. We expect to be back in Arusha at around 4:00 pm, although we are flexible in case there is a flight to catch.
